SCORE provides a comprehensive and effective onboarding and training program for new volunteers, ensuring mentors are well-prepared to assist small business owners. Upon applying, a local SCORE representative will contact you to discuss your background and the SCORE experience, helping you determine the best role for you. Using values-based interviews, we prioritize inclusivity and diversity, seeking volunteers who are eager, flexible, and committed to our mission. New volunteers are paired with a coach to guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition into their volunteer role.
