To ensure fair and widespread access, the library has a Hotspot policy in place. This policy includes requirements such as having a good standing household checkout history with no balance due, limiting one hotspot per household, and applying new patron check-out restrictions. New patrons are encouraged to check out and return items successfully five times within a 45-day waiting period to become eligible for hotspot checkouts.
