Playroom Requirements (rules)
- Available for children 6 months - 12 years old
- Parents/guardian must sign in each child on a registration/check-in form
- Your child must have socks and shoes on at all times
- For safety to other children, BioLife has the right to refuse a child with a communicable disease or illness
- Children should be fed prior, no food or drinks are allowed
- For children in diapers, please bring additional diapers and change of clothes
How to make an appointment
- Log in and schedule a donation appointment
- The system will automatically ask if you need the Supervised Playroom (if available during that time)
- Enter the number of children and confirm the appointment
