Citizens may use the following work order request form to request services from the department or call 229-776-4097 to make a request by phone.

The City of Poulan Public Works Department strives to deliver quality water and street maintenance services to the citizens of our community.  are due to the 10th of each month.  If a bill has not been paid by the 10th a late fee will be added to your account.  Monthly Cut-off day is the 20th of each month.  If you have any questions call Poulan City Hall Water Clerk Pam Nelms at 229-776-4097.
