Digestive Health Support is part of my comprehensive Nutrition & Lifestyle programmes, designed to help maintain and promote digestive health and overall wellbeing. Digestion is fundamental to our overall health, which is why I always start there and we even talk about your poo! Because this can tell me so much about your health.
Through listening to your story, I can help support you to bring back balance and aid your digestion, through a combination of foods to really nourish and support the gut, possible testing and supplements.
I have qualified as a Digestion With Confidence Practitioner and I can support you with your gut health, whether that be if you're struggling with IBS, bloating, GERD or reflux, or are on acid blocking medications and need support to help you improve your digestion. I am so passionate about gut health that I have been running a series of Yoga & Nutrition Workshops to provide strategies and tools for people to put into practice easily. We always start small.
