Our child health programs are intended to give the children of El Paso County and their families the tools to help them succeed. Our Nurse-Family Partnership provides home nursing care for low-income, first-time parents to aid them for the first two years of their child's life. HCP, a program for children and youth with special health care needs gives special assistance for the first 21 years of those born with special health needs while our Healthy Children & Families program provides nurse home visits to create a stable, successful home life.
