Community Services Block Grant Program (CSBG) assists low-income families and individuals by looking at all their needs and resources to reduce barriers by utilizing several programs such as:
- Information and Referrals
- Family Development
- Budgeting
- USDA Emergency Food Assistance Program (Food/Nutrition TEFAP)
- Emergency Medical Program
- Rental/Mortgage Assistance Program
- Utility Assistance Program
- Telephone Assistance
- Homeless Assistance Program
- Youth Assistance
- Transportation Assistance
- Back to School Program
These programs operate at 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (Income Guidelines) except for USDA Emergency Food Assistance Program known as TEFAP
