Building permit application

The City of Benson Building Department accepts building permit applications online. Please click the link below to complete the application online. All documents (plans, calculations, drawings, spec sheets, etc.) must be uploaded in PDF format. Images files (JPEG, TIFF, GIF) will be not accepted.  Submit the A.R.S. Title 32 form as part of your application. You must complete and submit this form for your building permit application to be reviewed. A link to a fillable PDF version of A.R.S. Title 32 form is at the bottom of this page.  Supplemental forms that may be applicable to your project are at the bottom of this page. Please submit any applicable forms, in PDF format, with your application.
