We have full in-house development, construction, and operating capabilities for destination resort/casinos, led by long-time Cordish senior partner Joseph Weinberg. Our senior staff includes some of the most experienced and respected executives in the gaming and hospitality industries. Most recently, we developed and fully operate Life! Casino & Hotel Maryland, one of the largest commercial gaming, retail, and entertainment destinations in the United States. In 2017 we were awarded the license to develop a major new casino and hotel in Philadelphias Stadium District, planned for a 2020 opening.
