The Prominence Health and Wellness program is designed for the entire member population with the intent of enriching physical, mental, emotional and occupational well-being. The goal is to make the work environment supportive of positive health behaviors and thereby help prevent chronic diseases and promote improved well-being for all employees. Plus, healthy employees can mean fewer provider visits and lower utilization, which translates into better rates for a group.
