Termite Control

Southern Arizona is the prime real estate of subterranean termites. Although most people think of our dry climate as not ideal for termite activity, termites are pervasive throughout the region. The saying goes, “it’s not if you’ll get termites, but when you’ll get them.”

Subterranean termites live in and nest in the ground and constantly forage through the soil looking for food sources (wood and other cellulose products). However, their natural foraging habits inevitably lead them to your home and the wealth of wood products that come with it. Their insatiable appetites cause more than $3 billion in damage and repairs in the U.S. every year, most of which could have been prevented with effective termite control.
