We are looking for companies who are growing and who seek non-dilutive capital to finance that growth. Our ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of $300k in annual revenue;

Show stable gross margins of at least 40%;

Be able to demonstrate how the funds will enable the company to accelerate its growth;

Be located within the  Pacific Northwest
